DMD环氧预浸渍材料是由聚酯薄膜、聚酯纤维非织布采用F级耐热胶粘剂复合，并浸渍耐热性环氧树脂经烘焙而成。该产品表面平整、性能稳定、对铜箔、铝箔粘接强度高；与铜、铝箔包绕后，在真空干燥时几乎无低分子挥发，收缩率较低的结构特点。是理想的干式电力变压器、电抗器及其它电机槽间、匝间、层间绝缘材料。
DMD epoxy pre-impregnated material is made of polyester film and nonwoven polyester fabric compounded by F grade heat-resisting adhesive and impregnated with heat-resisting epoxy resin through baking. The product has level surface, stable performance, and high bonding strength to copper foil and aluminum foil; it hardly has low molecule volatile and has lower shrinkage in vacuum drying after being surrounded by copper and aluminum foil. It is an ideal slot, interturn and interlayer insulating material of dry type power transformers, reactors and other motors.

产品固化条件：
Product Curing Condition:
在130℃±5℃保持5小时的条件下固化；亦可在140℃±5℃保持在4小时条件下固化；或在150℃±5℃保持在3小时条件下固化。
Cure at 130℃±5℃ for 5 hours, at 140℃±5℃ for 4 hours or at 150℃±5℃ for 3 hours.
贮存：
Storage:
应贮存于干燥而洁净的室内，不得靠近火源、暖气或日光照射。贮存期为壹年；超过贮存期经检验，合格者仍可使用。
Store in dry and clean room; keep away from fire source, central heating or sunlight irradiation. Storage period: One year; in excess of the storage period, the qualified one after inspection also can be used.
